Hi, I’m Emily, the teenage baker and founder of Crumble & Giggle. Baking has always been part of who I am. Some of my earliest memories are standing on a chair at the kitchen counter, covered in flour, helping mix cookie dough and sneaking chocolate chips before they made it into the bowl. Over the years, that love of baking grew from a childhood joy into a lifelong passion; a way of expressing creativity, sharing comfort, and making the people around me smile. For me, baking is more than just measuring ingredients and following recipes. It’s about connection. Every cookie tells a little story; of the time and care that went into it, and of the moments it will be shared in. I believe that cookies have a unique kind of magic: they can brighten a rough day, make celebrations even sweeter, and create memories that linger long after the last crumb has disappeared.
That’s what inspired me to start Crumble & Giggle. I wanted to create a bakery that felt playful and cosy, a place where every batch is baked by hand in a warm kitchen, not a factory line. Here, every cookie is carefully made using quality ingredients and thoughtful recipes— because I believe food should feel special, not ordinary.
